What a slice of heaven! We had the most perfect night here - and we hope we can return one day. A re...ally special place, and Colette couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We will recommend to all our friends! Ver más
My husband and I spent a weekend getaway in this authentic place. We loved the place and all the det...ails in it. Looking around the place and discovering the small details made us appreciate the place even more. The best part of the this guesthouse was Mrs. Colette, the owner of the place. We loved her hospitable spirit and her deep appreciation to simple art and her collection items. Beit Al Batroun, must-stay in Lebanon for a peaceful weekend. Ver más
Complete rip off ! Stay away of it

1- booked 2 nights...arrvied at 7 pm after 3 hours of contact...ing the host and no answer

Couldn't find the way to the place at all and no one helped...asked many people to arrive and found a smelly small room with very partial sea view between the trees !

2- No wifi ...no fridge ...dogs walking without anyone ! Not everyone is pet friendly so this shouldn't happen like this

3-the host is not there and only one young lady cleaning

4-i decided to check out ..sent an email...they didnt even care to know why ...they said they will charge the two nights disregarding when i will leave !i didnt care as i wanted to get out of here

5- i asked for taxi to my new hotel ..2 kms away ...they said they charge 20 dollars !!

1km =10 dollars ! The most expensive taxi in the world and there is no other options because no one will be able to reach this akward place

To summarize: they only care about money and nothing else

I travelled to 20 countries....stayed in many guesthouses ..that was a horrible experience

I spent 440 dollars to sleep few nights in a smelly room and this is simply the place !
